  • Wear comfy athletic clothes and closed-toe shoes

  • Bring a water bottle (we’ve got filling stations!)

What should I wear to my first session?

Wear comfortable athletic clothes that allow full range of motion and closed-toe shoes suitable for exercise. Athletic shorts/pants and a t-shirt or tank top work great. Nothing fancy required!

What if I'm completely new to fitness?

That's absolutely okay! Our program is designed for all fitness levels, and our coaches will modify every movement to match your current abilities. Many of our most successful members started as complete beginners.

How do I schedule my sessions?

All sessions are booked through our app, which we'll help you setup in your intro consultation.

What happens after my pack is complete?

Your coach will schedule a quick review session during your final class to discuss your progress and recommend next steps. We offer several membership options if you'd like to continue, but there's absolutely no obligation or pressure.
